How I'm building a new product
Sam talks about how the past two weeks have gone as he and Ryan work on their new video site. He shares some product and marketing lessons he's learned since first starting embermap.com 5 years ago, including breaking up the MVP into distinct user flows, writing out each URL the site must support along with its content in a note, choosing to do a soft launch and iterating right from the beginning, and making sure to invest enough time in marketing so that people can actually find out the new site exists.
